# How's The Process?

The process to engage in contributions does not involve downloading any the necessary software, completing its installation, and initiating its operation. Nevertheless, for the accumulation of rewards, the acquisition of at least one License is mandatory. To redeem the rewards that have been accrued, license owners are required to establish a connection between the client and the wallet that contains the License NFT.

Participants are advised to maintain a balance of at least $25 in SOL within the Solana Network, which is optimal for covering the gas fees associated with claiming token rewards. Licenses that are either inactive or lack sufficient funds to cover gas fees will not accumulate rewards, regardless of whether the wallet is connected. As such, it is crucial for operators to ensure their nodes are adequately funded, actively online, and operational to secure reward accrual.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://navyai.gitbook.io/docs/gpu-contribution-program/hows-the-process.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
